Returns and Refund Policy

Mo Rootz products are primarily sold through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon. All returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through these platforms are subject to the return policies of the marketplace where the purchase was completed.

For products purchased directly from Mo Rootz, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
